    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle. Poured in a tulip glass an unfiltered and opaque dark-dark-brown-red, close to black, coloured Stout with a generous two fingers light tan and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans and a touch of barnyard. The flavour is heavy roasted malts, coffee beans and a touch of ashes. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This light bodied Stout has a long roasted malts finish. The region des Pays de Loire can be proud to offer, with the brewer Christophe Launay, this convincing Stout to the French and international throats !
