Stout pâtissier chocolat, vanille, café et piment fort. Peu importe la silhouette du calice, il semblera toujours trop serré pour contenir le dodu corps de ce stout dessert vanillé, chocolaté et pimenté. Un héros en collants s’attaquant maladroitement à nos nocicepteurs à coup de capsaïcine, pendant que son intention première reste tout à fait altruiste: piquant, mais attractif!

Dark brown colour with little highlights. Mocha-coloured frothy head, average stay and some decent lacing. The spicy peppers is what I smell as soon as poured, which I do like. Roasted barley base with the cacao powder and hints of coffee. The coffee really comes out after breathing a while. Mild flavours of the roasted malts, coffee with blending vanilla. The spiciness lingers in the finish, warming the mouthfeel. Not as much of a Pastry Stout, as not on the dessert side, but a good spicy, coffee Imperial one.
