Yech'Hed Mat ! ( A la votre ! ).

330 ml capped bottle. Poured a cloudy golden-yellow coloured Wit with a small one finger slightly beige foamy head that had a very short retention. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheat malts and aciditic fruits, citrus, mandarin. The flavor is wheat malts, grainy, aciditic tones with citrus peels and salty water. The mouthfeel is thin and watery. This light bodied Wit has a dry aciditic finish. May be not bad by a sunny summer afternoon but, for me, a disappointement.
