Enjoyed at the brewpub on September 2017 for my Quebec Beer trip. Pours a light clear golden colour with a warm cap and small amounts of lace. Belgian Ale yeast nose with banana notes and hints of bubble. After breathing for a while, the honey comes out. Crisp mouthfeel. Taste of wheat with the bananas and mild yeast. Light hops show up in the end, or maybe it is the coriander. An interesting beer overall with lots going on.
