Cette bière est très fragile. Elle se sert jeune et bien froide. Certains voudront en augmenter l’acidité en ajoutant une tranche de lime au moment de servir. Ce faisant, la bière perdra toutefois son beau collet crémeux.

Sampled at the brewpub itself this past September. Poured a cloudy golden colour with a white frothy head, good retention, small lace and light carbonation. The nose was very mild with just the yeast aroma. Mostly watery mouthfeel with very mild tart. Light sourness at first, but goes into the Belgian white yeast and had a small touch of corriander. Refreshing brew (as my mouth was dry that day), but lacking a bit of taste (orange zest).
