Blond, bright and sparkling with a fine and creamy head. Deliciously fragrant thanks to a slight hint of fine hops. Delicate flavour, mellow, perfect as aperitif.

Served in original old Gauloise glass. Clear yellow with huge white foam head. Aroma is slightly caramel, with hop. Taste is bittersweet, some fruity flavor. Short bittersweet aftertaste. (Vlaardingen 201209)

330 ml stubby bottle, as Bocq Gauloise Blonde, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.3%, Ext.Sec .Prim. 14,0%. Hazy pale yellow colour, huge white head. Nice fruity and mildly spicy aroma of Belgian ale yeast, some grassy and herbal hops too. Mild and slightly spicy flavour, some light fruit too, high level of carbonation, refreshing.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized foamy head. Barnyardish aroma with caramelly hints. Flavour almost the same. Boring beer with no surprises. Prefer the brune....

cloudy orange colour with a nice head and a perfect lacing; slightly nutty aroma, fresh and medium-bodied with some finishing acidity and a fruity finish

Hazy golden colour with a large frothy white head. Aroma is bubblegum, spices and yeast. Flavour is hops, sweet malt and light acidity. medium bodied, lowish carbonation, noticable alcohol. Not bad.
