Mosaic hops, how we love you. Your complex aroma lends itself well to many different styles, yet when left alone, you can really shine. You are ripe with notes of stone fruit and florals on the nose and are oh so refreshing. We paired you with possibly the greatest base malt on earth, Scottish-grown Golden Promise, which translates to the most lovely, soft, lush mouth-feel, and together you're both stars. We think you will agree that this wonderfully complex IPA hits the spot nicely

Pours clear daffodil with a good ivory head. Aroma produces funky & resiny hops, juicy grapefruit. Flavor adds funky piney hops, juicy grapefruit and orange, a tropical hint. Texture yields nice body, peppy fizz. Smash it - but if you get smashed, please call a ride.
