    Bottle@Poirotti (Thanks for all Frank (the owner)!). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, yeasty and quite cheesy. Flavour is very fruity, yeasty with some mild spicy notes. Also some alcohol is showing mildly. Very pleasant. And excellent with the Val-Dieu cheese and syrup we had.
