Bottle: Poured a deep brown color bock with large medium brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of deep caramel and toffee malt. Taste is also dominated by some deep caramel malt with some toffee notes and some well balanced sweetness. Full body with good carbonation and some very subtle alcohol ester. Very well done and one of the best from this hot-or-miss brewery.
