Bottle: Poured a golden lightly cloudy color ale with medium head and average retention. Aroma is quite malty with some nice floral note. Taste is quite nice with again floral malt giving it a refreshing taste with light bitterness at the end. Overall, this is a good refreshing ale and is even better when you learn that all profits will be reinvested in Community program in Hull.

This beer is brewed exclusively for La Coopérative de Solidarité du Dépanneur Sylvestre in Hull, Quebec. It pours a hazy light golden-white colour with tiny bubble carbonation. The head is decent and has good retention. Nice lacing. The nose is malty with hints of honey. The taste is bitter, but has a smooth aftertaste. Creamy mouthfeel. Not bad, and that seems about all I'll see from La Barberie here in the Outaouais region.
