Sample at the Mondiale 2005: Poured a clear dark brown colored ale with a nice thick foamy head. Aroma is a nice mix of floral malt with bitter hops. Taste is as expected quite bitter with a nice touch of ‘’caramel’’ malt. Body is average and carbonation is stronger then most bitter.
