Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a nice big foamy head with great retention. Aroma of malt is bit dry with some subtle floral hops also discernable. Taste is refreshing with a nice malt presence and some subtle floral hops. Body is a bit above average and carbonation is sufficient. This beer is good for the style and good thirst quencher overall.

This biological brew pours a hazy blonde-beige colour with a white creamy-foam head, and excellent retention. Sediments are floating everywhere as this blonde beer is on the lees. Lacing is very heavy, all around. The nose is quite malty. The taste is pretty bitter, and the finish is smooth. There seems to be some fruit in there mixed with some metallic undertones. Different beer that's for sure, but very decent.
