Fun! Pours a medium to dark brown with no head. Sticky sweet with a bit of a twang to it. Not so syrupy at all, but a sipper nonetheless. This one is kind of a "by the fire" beer, which is great.

A world different from the horrid Sam Adams TB. Very sugary sweet, and fairly alcoholic, but made for a pretty nice sipper. Honey, sweet malts, fudge up front and center.

Poured a hazy brown color with no head, but the sticky liquid coated the glass very nicely. Aroma of molassas, light smoke, sweet honey, caramel malt, cognac, and some fusel alcohol in the back. Taste was sweet, caramel malts, honey, light nuts, some dried fruits, and an alcoholic backbone. Syrupy mouthfeel. Thanks to the GA crew for this sampler from a growler.
