This hoppy monster will catch you off guard, as it is brewed with the secret spice of Transylvania, a fine match for the citrus and pine flavours of american hops. For fans of the dry-hopping process, this robust IPA is like no other on the market.

Looking very much like a DIY kind of brewery, which is a good thing and kinda cool. Pours a huge frothy brownish head that stays for a while. Has a clean amber/copper appearance. Aromas are malty and mildly hopped. Flavours of herbal and floral hops, spices added to the mix actually smoothens up the hop bitterness. Pretty smooth creamy mouthfeel. Leaves a warmness on the palate. The mild spices are more pronounced in the finish. Pretty good brew and impressive to be easily found amongst so many Quebec breweries.
