Sampled on 4/12/2013. The Imperial IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity and sweet, some apricot and peach with some grapefruity hops. A medium bodied Imperial Belgian India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, The hops are grapefruity and floral. Nice balance between the fruity, yeasty and hoppy. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

golden color, slightly hazy. Fresh aroma and taste being brewed last week. light in comparison to other doubles in the tasting. light sweetness that would not have been evident as belgian yeast if it werent on the label...but the hops are good. Better and more obviously Belgian on tap. 3.8-4.
