500 ml bottle. Poured a clear ruby brown colored Bock with a two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is very rich, heavy roasted malts, coffeish, caramel, dark chocolate, toasted bread, ripe dark fruits, raisins, plums. The flavour is roasted caramel malts, dark fruits, plums, raisins, molasses, spicy, licorice. The mouthfeel is very smooth and a bit sticky. This full bodied Bock has a long roasted and fruity finish and an undeniable warming egffect. A beautiful Bock from Franconia.
