Staff Pick #10 Fred Kenny has been working at Kichesippi since 2015. During that time he has been a brewer, a mechanic, a packaging line manager, a carpenter and a creator of custom furniture for our offices and our Taproom. Fred is a big fan of lagers and wanted to create an easy drinking beer that can be enjoyed all year long.

Slightly hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, decent stay and leaving some patchy foam lace. Cereal malt base with hops that give a little spiciness like Saaz hops, and berry notes. The taste shows straw malt with the cereal graininess and light hops in the finish. This shows more grassiness for the style and dryness in the end. It is actually better balanced and easier to drink for a Mexican cerveza.
