Served a pint on tap at the brewery on our recent trip to Montana. Very dark color, looked like Guinness, including the thick creamy head of tan foam that left a thin film of lace. Lots of smell you expect from a stout, roasted malts, coffee, cocoa, and some nuttiness too. Really enjoyed the taste. More complex than Guinness, with lots of rich flavours. Toasted nuts, coffee, chocolate, smoke all combined, yummy. Not quite velvety mouthfeel, but still creamy smooth. A very good all around stout.
