After having some outstanding, memorable experiences with Scaldis and St. Feuellin's Christmas beers, this stuff was a disaster. A malty sweet nose with minimal hopping and little else to offer. No spices or anything. Appearance was dark tea like in color, no head, no carbonation. Mouthfeel was light and thin up front and then cloying in the finish. Flavors were alcohol and malts with a spicy hop kick. Overall, pretty bad. Had my wife's company Christmas dinner here and it was just bad.
