Brewed with a blend of pale malts and generous amounts of German noble hops, Sympathy for the Lager captures the best of both worlds: the clean, refreshing character of a Lager and the huge taste that craft beer drinkers deserve.

Clear light Amber, small foam ring. Regular aroma and will taste good with my steak. Wonder how this one would taste on his own, not too high rating. (Houston 201501)

Pours a light brownish color. Smell is sweet and malty. Taste is malts, grains, a bity of hops at the finish. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

Not a lager guy but this is a pretty decent lager, aromas and flavors of grassy hops, slightly sweet malt base, with some nice spicy crispness. Full flavored yet easy to drink.
