    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

750 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Caou stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered strong hazy amber-orange coloured BdG with a two fingers slight beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is aromatic floral hops, sweety malts, flowery, violet and fruity, citrus. The flavour is aromatic floral hops, grainy fruits, apples, aciditic fruits, citrus, sweety malts, notes of caramel and dried fruits, walnuts. The mouthfeel is fizzy, sparkling and fresh. This medium to full bodied BdG has a long hoppy bitter finish. A very pleasant Spring BdG from the Cht'i land in the North of Lille.
