Bière de spécialité à la robe cuivrée. Sa douceur alliée à son caractère malté et épicé lui donne un goût unique et en font une bière à déguster en apéritif ou à servir avec une spécialité culinaire flamande.

330 ml bottle. Poured in the original Stemmed Tulip brewery glass an unfiltered hazy copper-brown colored ale with a one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. A lot of sediments. Some lacing. The aroma is caramel malts, juicy fruits, oranges, grapefruits, mandarins, clementines, green apples, spicy, gingerbread, notes of honey. The flavour is caramel malts, spicy, gingerbread, coriander, cinnamom and a grassy hops bitterness. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This medium bodied ale has a long spicy and fruity finish. A very nice and tasting ale from the French Plat Pays.
