Our Bière de Miel is a dry, well attenuated, unspiced farmhouse ale brewed, fermented, and bottle conditioned with raw Texas wildflower honey. Naturally occurring wild yeast and bacteria impart a sense of place in this unfiltered, unpasteurized, 100% bottle conditioned beer.

Hazy golden yellow body, with a 1" thick fizzy cap that reduces to a foamy cap that is leaving some decent lace. Aroma and flavor revolves around the yeast and spice, the honey is really muted, and hardly noticeable. Overall it crisp and refreshing, nice enough brew on a hot august evening.
