We went a bit crazy with this IPA - a 9 pounds of Pacifica hops per barrel kind of crazy - making this the most hops we've ever used in one of our beers. The result: a super-hazy IPA that packs a punch with its lingering hop oils.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Taps opaque apricot that shades to darker at the bottom, with a nice ivory head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is a little shy, but promises resiny hops, tropical, citrus and raw malt. Flavor presents woody hops, orange, banana, raw malt, a surprise touch of pepper. Texture delivers firm, creamy body with peppy fizz and a woody hop finish. Pacifically good.
