Pours clear topaz with a frothy ivory head that sticks around just long enough to say Hello. Aroma presents a yeasty tone, leading to crisp apple and pear and some fresh malt. Flavor yields thirst-crushing pear, apple and raw malt with subtle resiny hops and yeast. Texture features perky fizz and smooth, fairly firm body. Mama Mia! Have one in your pajamas. ;)
