Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9
Strong, hoppy aroma is decidedly woody with a nice overtone of fresh-mown hay. Pours a dark mahogany-amber with a thick and fluffy eggshell head. Hoppy flavor is quite woody, with a strong hay component and malty and apple undertones. Mouthfeel is quite smooth and firm, but the fizz persists for a while. Hoot and holler for this hoppy as a jackrabbit brew!
