Comes out of the tap a rich, warm sable with a thick and fine-bubbled tan head. Aroma fills the nose with coffee, chocolate and caramel notes plus a touch of caramel d a snip of yeast. Flavor delights with chocolate, coffee, toffee, horehound and caramel notes riding a roast malt underpinning. Each sip seems a little different. Texture is quite firm, with a persistent fizz and a smoky finish that’s has hints of coffee and horehound. Another winner from Jekyll. Praise Dionysus for Atlanta’s exploding beer scene!
