Trying to find a smell but I do not, normal for this beer style. Taste is slightly of resinous/green/spruce/moss like hop which is ever so faint. Nitro. Taste in the mouth is tin, thin bodied, diluted chamomile tea, just a touch of pale malt. Unremarkable.

A pretty high alcohol ESB fashioned in the British tradition, yet still very good. A copper coloured beer, tan head, lots of lacing. The aroma is nutty malt, some sweet caramel malt, and some floral hops. Nothing strong enough to knock your socks off. The flavour is slightly bitter, and refreshing with the malt balancing the hops quite well.

Mildly cloudy body with a thick creamy crown. Chocolate and hops dominate the aroma. Taste is mild creamy and smooth. Chocolate, bitter hops, watermelon and nuts all appear in the taste. Taste seems slightly watery but that’s ok because this is yummy. Massive walls of lacing are being left behind. a mild bitterness lingers after beer is finished. Yum yum yummy beer.

Easily the best of the three beers that I tasted at the Jasper Brewing Company while out for milk. The beer was a medium amber colour with no carbonation and lots of light tan coloured head. Excellent retention and left a very dirty glass. For aroma, the first word written down is 'Yum!'. It has a slight nut smell with a good ammount of fruit and some yeast. The taste was sweet and fruity with solid malts and a noticable ammount of grapefruit hops. Came across well balanced. Light to medium bodied with near zero carbonation. Slight fruit and light malt aftertaste. Minimal bitterness. I don't really care what style they were going for, all I know is that I really enjoyed it. An excellent brew that I plan to have again on my next visit.
