As in "Deep, deep, deep..." (remember Eddie Murphy in Beverly Hills Cop 2?) - this beer was brewed with citrus-forward hops & spiked with lemon & orange peel. Well balanced with a hint of malty sweetness, the bitterness will linger to a pleasing finish.

Hoppy aroma is more like an IPA than a "regular" pale ale, and has firm malty and citrus undertones. Pours a clear, coppery amber with a fairly thick pale golden-buff head. Hops dominate the flavor, which is a little bitter but not too much so, and has notes of malt and sour citrus. Smooth texture has good body, though not a lot of fizz. Overall, if not great, certainly worth a try if you like IPAs.
