(4.6%). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white bubbly head. Aroma contains citrus fruit, wheat, coriander and spices. Flavour is quite acidic fruit, wheat and some spices. A bit sour apples in finish and aftertaste. Easy-to-drink, but not that interesting witbier.

750 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. Very pale colour, slightly hazy, large white head. Moderate but nice aroma of apples, citrus, coves and coriander. Very light bodied, thin mouthfeel. Flavour is dominated by a distinct acidity, probably provided by the sour Bramley apples, but there’s not much apple flavour beyond the acidity. Traditional witbier elements (coriander, orange peel) are very subdued. Minimal hops. Refreshing, but no masterpiece. Does not live up to its price.
