A golden color with a white head. A very big aroma of grapefruit, pine, lemons, and oranges. The flavor is very bitter with not much malt going on. This is like sucking on a lemon and orange peel with chewing on a christmas tree. As a hopehead I enjoy this but for any non-hophead or IPA newbie this might not be their thing.

Pours with a small white head and settled with a thin layer on top while drinking. Color is a cloudy bright orange. Moderate amount of active carbonation. Random sticky lacing left behind at each level. The aroma is of fruits which are balanced by resinous pine. Big biscuity body with accents of caramel as well. Some slightly musty malt tones picked up on the back end. Fruit tones make this a very breathable aroma. The taste is grapefruits and saturated tangerines hit the palate first. Grainy malt body takes over which yields a bold body of biscuits, caramel, and toffee. Heavy pine hop tones come in waves on the back end and take a toll on the palate. The finish is a combination of the malt presence and lingering hop bitterness. The mouth feel is a chewy malt body with plenty of lingering bitterness. Carbonation is certainly felt while drinking with a medim body.

Another well done West Coast influenced IPA from oHIo. Beautiful orange copper body that sparkles in the sunlight. Huge frothy head and a heavy coat of lacing. Big juicy fruits combining passion and citrus all enveloped in a puckering evergreen stickiness. Bitter, clean and dry. We recently acquired a keg of this for a big pig roast and it was a wonderful thing.
