From their blog: "This week we are brewing a Baklava Braggot brewed with local honey, local black walnuts, organic lemon verbena (grown on Jackie O’s farm), andthe brew will be conditioned on cinnamon sticks. It is being fermented with a blend of our American ale yeast and our Belgian yeast. The beer should come in at about 7.5% to 8%abv. Really looking forward to this brew and had a blast brewing it yesterday."

Nice concept and fairly well executed. Mottled golden brown with a small ring around the glass with a few spots of lacing. Sweet and dry with a mix of calm spices, nuts and fruits. Medium bodied, sweet and dry.
