We ended up with an Entanglement when it came to our Hop decision for this provocative double dry hopped IPA, in the end we decided to go with Amarillo, Sultana & Trident hops. This Entanglement is also an ode to our long standing friend and brewer Jorge "Sosa" who will venture out into Colorado and start his new journey with our pals over at Cerebral Brewing! In his place on the brew deck in Miami his best buddy Theodore will be taking the wheel! All while our Tap Room Manager Jack sulks at the thought of losing his 2 on 2 Basketball teammate only now to be replaced by Theodore as well...all while Owner/Brew Master Johnathan Wakefield watches from above! Talk about an Entanglement!

Pours hazy, barely transparent topaz, which eventually becomes opaque papaya, with a thick and fairly fine-bubbled cream head. Aroma offers dry piney hops, creamy fresh malt and subtle citrus tones. Flavor presents bitter piney hops, creamy malt, subtle zesty and sweet citrus that is mainly tangerine. Texture features good body and peppy fizz. Get entangled.
