Sampled on 3/26/2011. This India Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 500ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is malty and caramel, hoppy and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and piney. Decent carbonation. A middle of the road IPA. Nothing really outstanding, nothing offensive. Medium bitterness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
