We wanted to experiment with some different hops and we thought the IPA would be a great vehicle for this. Quickly becoming a new favorite, this IPA has great floral notes, while being smoother than the Iron Springs IPA. Big & Bold, yet smooth & mellow. Hops: Chinook, Palisades,Cluster, Nuggets & a generous amount of Simcoe whole leaf hop in the finish Grain Bill: All Pale malts such as Marris Otter, wheat, victory, & carapils Food Pairings: Hot wings, Chicken Skewers, Sausage Plate Abv: 6.0% O.G.: 1.064
