    I want to say this was on cask, but that's not captured in my notes and I can't recall for sure. Either way, enjoyed at the WC location. Poured golden in color with a nice initial head. Aroma and flavor came off like a low abv bitter with unfortunately a slight chemical-off styro type flavor in there. Biscuit and doughy notes are mixed with some balancing bittering hops, light body, smooth drinker.

    Cask... Poured a murky brown color with a small, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, and citrus hoppiness. Taste of chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, light mintiness, and even a bit of citrus with a full, soft mouthfeel.
