A strong version of a world classic. We took a Bohemian Pilsner and made it bigger and added a pound a barrel of the famous pilsner hop variety Saaz. Buiscuty malt sweetness balanced by the spicy Saaz hops

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Pour was pale golden in color, nice pure white colored head that yielded good lacing. The aroma was sweet doughy, honey, grassiness. The flavor was biscuits, grass, honey, fruity overtones. The body was light and the flavor was light for an imperial pilsner, but this was highly drinkable. Would have liked more hop balance, but a good drinker, barely beyond a nice std. pilsner, though, not much impy about it.
