Pours a clear golden colour with active carbonation that gives out a huge white head, very long lasting with some patches of thick foam. Ginger nose with some lemon notes. The taste is also a mix of ginger spices and lemon freshness adding some mild sourness from the citrus. Slight haziness at last pour. The pepper helps a little, but all around - a refreshing ginger beer that does not go crazy intense.
