Wheat I.P.A. - Indslev Pale Ale is like the rest of our range, a thoroughbred wheat beer, however, somewhat unconventionally, is brewed in the English pale ale model, and thus is much more hoppy than pale wheat beer usually is. The beer is light golden and hoppy with Hallertauer Perle and Amarillo as bitterhumler and Cascade and Hallertauer Saphir as aromahumler. Wheat beer soft, sweet touch, combined with the bitter and aromatic from the hops, giving a rounded full-bodied beer with aromatic edge and long bitter aftertaste.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy deep golden colour, large white head. Sweetish wheaty aroma with strong notes of banana and cloves. The flavour is malty and wheaty with hints of caramel, banana, citrus and cloves, but also with a distinct presence of German and American hops. Fairly bitter finish and aftertaste, some grassy notes. Not bad.
