The beer pours a hazed medium gold colour with a long lasting rocky white cap which laces well. The aroma is cereal and bready malts, light earthy hops and weak yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, slightly sweet, and finishes with a nice hoppy bitterness that lingers a while. -

Small can from LCBO. Pours a huge frothy white head with thick soapy lacing and has a clear straw coloured appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of herbal and grassy hops, some wheaty and floral notes as well. Flavours are hay, wheats, grass, some grainy notes and mild citrus hints. Slight drying mouthfeel. Not bad.

Very lightly hazed, golden colour with a big frothy-bubbly head, good stay and foamy lacing spots. Aromas of grassy hops with hints of spiciness and fruitiness. Crisp mouthfeel with enough dry-hopping, creating a nice dryness. Flavours of herbal, grassiness from the hops with a tad of spicy lingering Saaz. A pretty nice sharp Pilsner.
