Our spring and summer wheat beer. The Belgian wit is style of wheat beer famous for its unique flavours dereived from the strain of yeast. Very thirst quenching and refreshing on a very hot day, the belgian wit is typically made with botanicals and spices to give it a different taste than 'regular' beer. Ours is made with lavender, ginger, rose, two kinds of oranges, coriander and other secret ingredients along with a rare strain of yeast to create this light, flavourful, thirst quenching beer.

The beer poured a hazed medium gold colour with a long lasting snow white creamy head. The aroma was ginger, wheat, and coriander with trace hints of other spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is spice and ginger up fromt, and wheat and grains in the finish. I quite enjoyed this one.
