Had this from the brew pub, and it didn't impress. There was nothing wrong with the Kolsch, but I felt it lack flavor. It poured a clear golden color with little to no head (no lacing). It tasted much like most macros which was highly disappointing.

Poured a pale golden color ith no head or lacing. Light dry straw, toast and sweet caramel malt aroma. Taste was very watery, with more dry straw and wheat, with just a touch of sweetness. I don’t believe I need to go back to the Independence brewpub again.
