A transatlantic India Pale Ale brewed with North American and English hops. Deep gold in colour and delivering an intense aroma of berry fruit and citrus. Mary Jane IPA is deceptively smooth on the palette building to a hoppy crescendo with notes of honey and biscuit and a pleasant lingering bitterness to finish.

Pours a clear straw yellow with a thick white head - not impressive, but never judge a book by its cover. Hoppy aroma has a firm underpinning of sweet Mandarin orange. Flavor is fairly hoppy with woody and Mandarin orange notes, plus a resiny hint and a little bitterness. Smooth texture is average in the fizz and firmness departments. So-so, but enjoyable. Have it with a meal, or at a party.
