In our 2nd release from Funky Town 2017, we present to you a Golden Harvest Grisette. Using wheat and rye in the grist, we provide further depth of malt character with subtle flavors of dried figs and whole grain bread. A reduced bitterness allows the mixed culture to flourish with increased acidity while still smelling of pineapple and tropical fruits.
