A big peppery sage nose that I was not expecting on this otherwise normal looking brown/amber beer. The flavor is all sage and lemons, a huge punch. Really easy drinking, goes right down, sweet but a lot of savory sage as well, very nice combination and the more I drink it the more it's growing on me.
