A big ginger nose of course, also big yeast notes. It's a light hazy yellow beer that goes down like lemon-ade. It has great sour/sweet and earthy notes and balance. The ginger is also a perfect compliment to the wheat flavors. Nice beer although very light, certainly made for a hot day and far better than any shandy I've ever had.
