Zambian Milkshake is our unique twist on the milkshake IPA craze. We started with a base of barley, wheat, and oats and added milk sugar and Zambian honey. The beer was hopped with 100% African hops, with all the flavor and aroma additions coming from two experimental varieties known as U1/108 and U3/132.
