Raw Hoppy Farmhouse was brewed with a blend of barley, unmalted wheat, and flaked oats. The beer was brought to pasteurization temperatures without coming to a boil, and then whirlpool hopped with Lemondrop and Wakatu hops. The beer was then fermented in oak barrels with a Norwegian farmhouse yeast and brettanomyces, and double dry hopped with Wakatu and Pacifica hops.
