Dollar Store Cologne is a Brut IPA brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice and hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops in the whirlpool and Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc, and Mosaic as a double dry hop. This beer finished with a super low gravity, so while the fruity character of the grape juice and the hops give the beer a perceived sweetness upfront, it finishes bone dry. Lastly, the beer is highly carbonated for a sparkling mouth feel - for when you want to feel just a little fancy.
