It's like sparkling apple juice, very easy to drink a whole 6 pack in less than 10 minutes. I can water my small yard and do the whole pack. It has a rhino busting loose on the beer label, cute! A fun beer, great for parties too!

a touch darker and mustier than the other Hornsby's. i originally liked it a little better, but in the end, they're about the same...just ok. nothing bad, nothing great.

Never had this before, its pours a fizzy golden body with a rather thin white head and spotty lacing. The aroma was of overipe apples and alcohol. the taste mirrored the smell. mouthfeel was thin but crisp, and it went down easy. overall it was a nice change of pace, and i would say its worth a try.

Fresh bitten red apple smell ... Lacing is pretty damn good, bubbly yet halfway resilient... taste is of red apple and alcohol ... the 6% has large bite but is enjoyable, but i think for higher enjoyment, ChiLL!

Pours a crystal clear straw hue with a fizzy one-finger head. Weak retention and spotty lacing. Muted sweet cider and apple skin aroma. Finishes with a tart dryness.

Not a bad brew, for a cider. I drank the whole 6 pack and you can really feel it. It goes down smooth with not much aftertaste. It pours a light amber color with very little head. I would buy this brew again.

Okay, I am not a fan of cider style beers but I was feeling adventurous. The aroma is sweet and fruity with hints of apple and some malt. The appearance is a crisp, golden color that looks refreshing at first glance with a minimal head on top that is lacy and white in color, as well as bubbly. The mouthfeel is light in body with not much complexity, or balance for that matter. The flavor is very sweet and grape-like and very similar to a white wine with slight malt and an aftertaste that is a bit dry with a decent pallet. Overall, this cider tastes very much like a white wine and is sweet with very "winey" characteristics. I am not a fan of cider but gave it a shot anyway. I only gave it decent ratings because I like white wines to some extent.

Sampled because I somewhat enjoyed the regular Hornsby cider. I did not like this brew though, it was a harsh flavor that you do not expect with a cider. You expect a nice aftertaste but this one lingers with bitter.

This "beer" poured a medium golden color with a very small white head that immediately disapeared and and left no lace at all. The aroma was very sweet apple, overpoweringly sweet for a beer. Mouthfeel was lighter to medium bodied and very easy drink (my girlfriend loved it). The flavor was sweet apples very dominant over anything else, as the beer warmed it became slightly sour and much more dry. More pleasent as it warms.
